Train the Trainer Program: How to Train Supervisors About Sexual Harassment in the Workplace
Join us for this focused training seminar that will come complete with a take home Power Point presentation and Trainer's Manual that you can use to bring your supervisors up to speed on sexual harassment. At this seminar, attendees will learn how to construct and enforce their sexual harassment policy, as well as correctly handle sexual harassment issues and complaints. Most training programs are detailed, complicated, and designed for the HR compliance team, so we have created a training program designed for supervisors that emphasizes basic understanding and problem spotting. You'll take home a Power Point presentation and a comprehensive Trainer's Manual that you can use to make sure that your supervisors know enough about these laws to prevent your company from falling out of compliance. This program is designed for those who need a little help educating supervisory staff or managers about sexual harassment.
