Barran Liebman was proud to sponsor and attend the Bradley Angle 2016 Purple Purse Lunch held on October 25th at the Portland Art Museum. This luncheon is the capstone to a month-long Purple Purse Challenge campaign, sponsored by the Allstate Foundation, for the month of November. Bradley Angle’s mission is to serve everyone who is affected by domestic violence. The luncheon was hosted by the captivating Poison Waters, and was filled with inspiring stories that were shared, including Governor Kate Brown’s personal experience with domestic violence. We are very proud that our very own, Traci Ray, Barran Liebman’s Executive Director, serves on the Bradley Angle Purple Purse Luncheon Committee and helped plan this event. “The immense resources provided by Bradley Angle is a game-changer for our community. The support shown at the luncheon to help domestic violence victims take control of their lives speaks volumes about Portland, and the amazing people who are committed to make a difference in the lives of others,” said Traci after the event. Thanks to the support of all the sponsors and attendees, the luncheon was a success, raising over $100,000 to kick off a month of fundraising.
