Samuel “Dylan” Driver is a member of Barran Liebman’s employment law team. Dylan brings a thoughtful and analytical approach to his practice, drawing on a background in political science and legal research. His experience in both private practice and the federal judiciary provide Dylan with a well-rounded perspective that he uses to help clients navigate complex legal and workplace matters.

In addition to his education, Dylan served as a Law Clerk where he gained experience in legal research, writing, and client-focused advocacy. He also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Michael J. McShane of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon and was named the Managing Editor of the Oregon Review of International Law.

Dylan earned his B.A. in Political Science from Howard University, with a minor in Japanese. Following his undergraduate studies, Dylan received his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law.
