Grace Zusman is a member of Barran Liebman’s employment law team. She approaches her practice with attention to detail, drawing on experience in labor and employment law, legal research, and the sports industry. Her background in sport and entertainment management, combined with her legal experience, allows her to approach workplace matters with a practical and well-rounded perspective.

Prior to joining Barran Liebman, Grace gained experience in labor and employment law through her work in private practice as an associate and where she served as a law clerk. She excels at conducting legal research and her experience working on matters involving labor and employment law in the sports industry as well as in nonprofit corporation law through pro bono work. During law school, Grace also served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Michael J. McShane of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.

Grace earned her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2024. Prior to law school, she earned her B.S. in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina. During her undergraduate studies, Grace became a member of the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women, serving on the Events and Communications Committees. She was also recognized on both the Dean’s List and President’s List for her academic achievements.
