Kelsey Hahm is a summer law clerk at Barran Liebman and a rising third-year student at the University of Washington School of Law. As a law clerk, Kelsey supports attorneys with legal research, drafting, litigation preparation, developing employment policies, and crafting materials for clients. Kelsey assists attorneys across a wide range of practice areas, approaching each matter with diligence, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to excellence.

Kelsey is currently a member of the Editorial Staff of the Washington International Law Journal and served as Vice President of Communications of the Law and Business Association. Outside of law school, she is a member of the Korean American Bar Association of Washington, and she participated in the mentorship program as a mentee. Prior to working at Barran Liebman, Kelsey worked as a summer extern for the Honorable Judge Paul M. Crisalli at the King County Superior Court in Kent, Washington where she drafted different types of documents, interpreted statutes, and conducted legal research.

Prior to law school, Kelsey earned a B.A., summa cum laude, from Sungkyunkwan University in South Korea, where she double majored in child psychology and education, as well as media and communication. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys practicing jiu-jitsu and going on hikes. Additionally, Kelsey speaks fluent Korean.
