We work hard to operate as a sustainable business and make decisions that are environmentally sound.  In addition to our downtown Portland office being ENERGY STAR certified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (awarded for performing in the top 25 percent of similar buildings nationwide), we work to reduce waste by minimizing printing, encouraging and supporting the use of public transportation, making a conscious effort to use locally sourced catering, and operating in a digital environment to the extent feasible.  We are pleased to be recognized for our commitment to the environment with our firm being honored on the Oregon Business Magazine’s list of “100 Best Green Workplaces” in Oregon since 2013, holding the top law firm ranking since 2016. In addition to being the top ranked law firm on the list, our firm was recently honored with a 2022 “Hall of Fame” award for making it on the “Best Green Workplaces in Oregon” list ten times.
